1. The service

Probie is an NREMT exam preparation platform. It provides practice questions, adaptive study tools, and AI-powered explanations to help candidates prepare for the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians examination. Probie is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by NREMT.

2. Not a substitute for professional training

Probie is an exam study tool only. It is not a substitute for accredited EMS education, clinical training, or medical direction. Do not use Probie content to make real-world clinical decisions. Always follow your local protocols, medical director guidance, and the training you received from your EMS program.

3. Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@probie.io if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Share, sell, or redistribute Probie question content
  • Use automated tools to scrape questions or answers
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer the adaptive algorithm or harvest correct answers
  • Use the service in a manner that violates any applicable law

Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues through the end of the billing period. One-time (lifetime) purchases are non-refundable after 14 days from purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Intellectual property

All question content, rationales, algorithm implementations, and platform code are owned by Probie and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you a license to reproduce or distribute Probie content outside of normal personal study use.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is.” We make no guarantees that using Probie will result in passing the NREMT examination. Question accuracy is maintained to the best of our ability; flag any errors using the in-app flagging tool.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Probie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
